Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital is seeking a Nursing Catheter Lab Manager to provide day-to-day leadership of the EP Lab, including staffing, scheduling, throughput, and budget accountability.

The role partners with Cardiovascular Services leadership to advance department and system goals, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care, with opportunities for staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (healthcare, nursing, allied health, or business).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an invasive cardiovascular or EP environment.
• 1+ year of supervisor or manager experience.
• Current RN licensure in applicable state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (Joint Commission, ACC).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and personnel for the EP Lab.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, throughput, supply and inventory management.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Cardiovascular Services leadership to meet goals.
• Manage budgets and capital planning.
• Foster governance and educational opportunities for staff.
