Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Manager for the Electrophysiology Lab at The Heart Hospital. You will lead daily operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and quality with a focus on physician relations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years in an invasive cardiovascular/EP setting with supervisor experience. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare, nursing, allied health, or business.
• RN license current and BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Experience with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, ACC, radiation safety).
• Epic and EP lab systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the EP Lab, including staffing, scheduling, throughput, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Cardiovascular Services leadership to advance departmental goals and budget accountability.
• Support physician relations and governance participation to improve care and efficiency.
• Oversee education programs and staff development within a high-acuity environment.
