Job summary
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Manager for the Electrophysiology Lab at The Heart Hospital. You will provide daily leadership for staffing, scheduling, and throughput while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and budget accountability.
You will collaborate with CV leadership to drive departmental goals and outcomes. The role requires RN licensure, 3+ years in invasive cardiovascular/EP environments, and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, with BLS/ACLS certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in nursing or allied field; RN licensure
- Master's degree preferred in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in invasive cardiovascular/EP environment
- 1+ year of supervisor or manager experience required
- Current RN licensure; BLS/ACLS certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for the EP Lab, including staffing and scheduling
- Oversee budget, supply, and inventory management
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and related standards
- Partner with CV leadership to advance departmental goals
- Foster staff development and governance participation
