Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Temple Nursing Cath Lab Manager leads a growing cardiovascular procedural services team across 4 Cardiac Cath Labs and 3 Electrophysiology Labs. The role provides clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for RNs, CVIS/Technologists, and patient transport staff.

Responsibilities include budgeting, governance involvement, and advancing research-based nursing practices to improve patient outcomes. Strong leadership and regulatory oversight are essential for success.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• Three years of progressive leadership in a similar nursing role.
• ACLS and BLS certifications; BLS must be completed within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cardiovascular procedural services team across 4 Cath Labs and 3 EP Labs.
• Manage budgets, resources, and governance activities for nursing staff.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practice and staff development.
• Foster physician relationships and ensure patient flow and care quality.
