Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Toledo, OH seeks an Electrophysiology Technologist at St. Vincent Medical Center to function as scrub tech, circulator and/or monitor during electrophysiology procedures under a cardiologist’s direction.

The role includes data analysis, patient care across acuity levels, and helping onboard new staff while maintaining inventory and charging procedures per protocol, with call coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Completion of Cardiovascular Technology program (preferred).
• Licensing: BLS, ACLS or PALS (preferred at hire; ACLS or PALS required based on assignment).
• Experience: None

Responsibilities

• Scrub, monitor and circulate in electrophysiology procedures under cardiologist direction.
• Maintain inventory and charges for procedures, follow protocols.
• Assist in precepting new employees and students to the department.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement programs as requested.
• Equitable participation in call coverage as applicable at site.
