Bon Secours Mercy Health in Ohio seeks a clinically capable aide to support catheterization services, perform aseptic preparation, and transport patients as needed. Under general supervision you will contribute to adult and geriatric patient care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to BLS, and on-the-job training in ECG interpretation and related procedures. This is a collective bargaining unit position with full-time day shifts and weekend/holiday rotation per department policy.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of heart anatomy and physiology sufficient for medical care.
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families and physicians.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) experience required.
• On-the-job training in electrocardiograph interpretation and aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist in aseptic preparation and related technical duties as assigned.
• Transport patients post catheterization to appropriate destinations.
• Provide patient care to adult and geriatric patients.
