Qualifications

• Completion of Cardiovascular Technology program (preferred).
• BLS Basic Life Support, ACLS or PALS certifications (preferred at hire; ACLS or PALS required based on specialty).
• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist with EP experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Scrub, monitor and circulate during EP procedures under physician supervision.
• Analyze and interpret procedural data to assist in patient care.
• Mentor and precept new staff and students in the EP lab.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper charges for EP procedures.
