Job summary

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for experienced per diem Cardiovascular Technologists to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team! Shift: per diem, mixed shift, 10hr shifts, occasional on call/holidays/weekends, based on department needs.

The Cardiovascular Technologist will assist the Physician during procedures, analyzes hemodynamics and EKG, removes sheaths, and uses sterile technique to set up laboratory.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Completion of a certified vascular technician program preferred.
• AHA ACLS and BLS required.
• ARRT and/or RCIS required.

Responsibilities

• First assist supporting physicians at procedure table for cardiac caths diagnostic and intervention
• Ability to scrub into procedures
• Peripheral procedures diagnostic and interventions
• Pace maker insertions

Skills

Ability to scrub into procedures

Experience in cardiac cath lab
