Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an EP Lab Charge RN to manage patient care in the catheter/ electrophysiology lab. The role requires prior EP experience and at least one year as a charge nurse, with ACLS/BLS certification and Texas RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of EP experience and 1 year of Charge experience.
• RN with active licensure and current ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Must be within 30 minutes call radius and eligible for relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care delivery in the EP Lab.
• Supervise care plans, delegate tasks, and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with proceduralists and anesthesia during procedures.
• Educate staff and families about care plans and outcomes.
• Maintain professionalism and participate in governance and ongoing education.
