Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate patient care in adult cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular services. The RN uses the nursing process to assess patients, plan care, and delegate tasks while ensuring safe patient transitions.

Responsibilities include clinical judgment, quality improvement participation, and collaboration with the care team. Relocation assistance and a $15,000 sign-on bonus are available for eligible external candidates

Qualifications

• Education: Grad of an Accredited Nursing Program or equivalent experience.
• Major: Nursing.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year EP experience or 2 years of high-level ICU/CVICU.
• Licenses/Certifications: RN license and BLS; ACLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate assessments and develop a nursing care plan.
• Implement care plans and evaluate patient responses.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for safe, efficient care.
• Ensure documentation and nursing process alignment with standards.
