Job summary

Intermountain Health in Denver, CO seeks a CV Invasive Specialist to support invasive, diagnostic, and interventional catheterization procedures. You will assist the clinical team, educate patients, and ensure safety and quality in the cath lab.

Qualifications

• BS/health science degree with healthcare experience (Cath Lab/EP/EMT/Paramedic/Surgical tech) or
• Graduate of relevant radiologic or cardiovascular technology program
• Within 3 months of start, obtain BLS/PALS or ACLS as required
• Fluoroscopy Operator Certification per state requirements (Colorado)
• Montana ARRT license or equivalent where applicable
• Intermediate computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Scrub, circulate, and monitor in diagnostic/interventional procedures
• Document procedure data entry and imaging studies
• Assist with hemodynamic calculations and registry requirements
• Provide patient education and emotional support
• Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot CATH lab equipment
• Perform point-of-care testing and QA
