Plan and supervise program services provided to the target population.
Monitor budget expenditures and program progress.
Supervise staff and conduct staff development.
Coordinate community outreach, public relations, recruitment, and participant selection.
Prepare reports and assist with grant writing.
Promote best practices with other TRIO programs.
