Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and experience with TRIO programs.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible TRIO or workforce development work.
• Experience supervising staff and managing federal grants under 2 CFR.
• Ability to work with low-income, first-generation adults in postsecondary access.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run day-to-day TRIO EOC operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage budget, subgrants, and performance reporting to the DOE.
• Oversee staff supervision, hiring, and training; maintain partnership MOUs.
• Coordinate data-sharing, FERPA-compliant processes, and outcomes tracking.
