The director reports to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, provides strategic vision, manages budgets, supervises staff, designs program activities, and partners with campuses and community organizations to expand postsecondary opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Education or related field; two years as an administrator of federal grant programs.
• Experience designing, managing and implementing similar programs; knowledge of low-income/first-generation students.
• Familiarity with college admissions and financial aid requirements; strong public relations skills.
