Job summary

UAB is seeking Counselor Student II to support the TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) program. • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education or related field with four years of related experience.
• Ability to work off-site with minimal supervision and flexible schedule.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.

• Manage all services for EOC students.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies, local high schools, and other TRIO programs in Jefferson County.
• Recruit 900 students annually for the EOC program.
