Job summary

Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC is seeking an EO Imagery Scientist at Expert level in Springfield, VA. This role requires active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to work on-site, 40 hours per week, with deep expertise in EO imagery, remote sensing, and algorithm development.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in a STEM field (or a Bachelor’s with extensive experience) and proven ability to apply CV and ML techniques to EO data, communicating complex topics to diverse audiences and supporting

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph exam.
• 12 years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree.
• Or a Bachelor's in a STEM field with 17 years experience.
• Or 21 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work on client site in Springfield, Virginia 40 hours a week (no telework).
• Proficient with Python.
• Experience as an EO expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products.
• Experience exploiting EO to determine the occurrence and location of an OOI.
• Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using EO imagery and tools like Python, MATLAB, Google Earth Engine.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences on EO availability and capabilities.
• Deep understanding of remote sensing principles and advanced exploitation methods.
• Desired: applying CV and ML techniques to EO imagery and data.

• Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using EO imagery including experience utilizing advanced processing tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, Google Earth Engine, etc.) to automate scientific processes of EO imagery data to aid analysis.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences on availability and capabilities of EO
• Deep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual's education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $165,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC's total compensation package.
