Job summary

Clear Resolution Consulting (CRC) seeks an EO Imagery Scientist to join our Springfield, VA team on-site supporting NGA. TS/SCI clearance is required; 40 hours/week on client site with no telework.

The role emphasizes EO imagery processing, algorithm development, and communicating complex EO capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using Python, MATLAB, and Earth Engine. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $165,000 with comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to take a CI polygraph exam
• 12 years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree
• OR a Bachelors in a STEM field and 17 years experience
• OR 21 years of relevant experience
• Proficient with Python
• Experience as an EO expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation, process, and exploitation products
• Experience exploiting EO to determine the occurrence and location of an OOI
• Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using EO imagery including experience utilizing advanced processing tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, Google Earth Engine, etc.) to automate scientific processes of EO imagery data to aid analysis.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences on availability and capabilities of EO
• Deep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods
• Desired: Exhibit experience applying CV and ML techniques to EO imagery and data

Salary Range

Projected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $165,000.

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual’s education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $165,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC’s total compensation package.
