Clear Resolution Consulting (CRC) is seeking a Senior GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to support the NGA Washington Office. The role focuses on TCPED of GEOINT data, multi-source sensemaking, and collaboration with NSG partners to address complex intelligence problems.

Qualifications include 5+ years at Senior level or 10+ years Expert in GEOINT, TS/SCI with a polygraph, and HS diploma. CRC offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs (Expert) or 5+ yrs (Senior) experience with TCPED of GEOINT data.
• 7+ years (Expert) or 5+ yrs (Senior) of experience managing large multi-source data sensemaking and developing automated collection strategies.
• Knowledge of overhead sensors and inferencing methodologies for insights from temporal/spatial data.
• Experience in program management across multiple locations and with NSG structures.

Responsibilities

• Support real-time GEOINT collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
• Collaborate with customers and source providers to develop multi-intelligence strategies.
• Assist with information need development and assess impact of phenomenology on tasking.
• Work within GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and NSG tools.

Job Name: GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst
Level: Senior
Location: NGA Washington Office Supported: SXP – Source Persistence Office
Schedule: Shift 1

Candidates must possess the following:

• 10+ yrs (Expert) or 5+ yrs (Senior) experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection
• 7+ years (Expert) or 5+ yrs (Senior) of experience managing large multi-source data sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists
• Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets
• Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated locations
• Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
• Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies to address complex or unusual intelligence problems
• Ability to support research phase of Information Need development and understand impacts of phenomenology on tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

Candidates with the following qualifications in addition to the above will receive elevated consideration:

• Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
• Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
• Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
• Experience with vector data.

COMPENSATION

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual's education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $123,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC’s total compensation package.
