Job summary

• Case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial intakes to identify concerns of discrimination, harassment, or sexual misconduct and connects individuals with campus/community resources.
• Oversees follow-up and liaises with departments to confirm accommodations and supportive measures.
• Maintains documentation in the case management system and prepares data reports for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Develops and maintains accurate recordkeeping systems and provides data reports for Clery, audits, and inquiries.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and support Equal Opportunity federal and state compliance.
