Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 5-7 years in lab/facility operations management or supervisory role.
• Experience with calibration procedures and bench certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across programs and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Environmental Test Facility operations and scheduling.
• Lead a team of technicians and perform annual evaluations.
• Maintain test cell inventory, manuals, and calibration records.
• Coordinate with Cal Lab for on-site calibration and audits.
• Plan preventative maintenance and manage sparing/obsolescence.
• Collaborate with vendors for procurement and upgrades.
• Develop plans for facility utilization and throughput efficiency.
