Compensation: $19 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Support the team effectively by performing tasks such as power washing, material movement, and general labor in the field.
• Lead by example by upholding the CORE values, providing guidance, and offering instructions to new team members.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, light equipment, and some heavy machinery proficiently while strictly following safety protocols.
• Champion safety by ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and promoting the proper use of safety equipment.
• Act as a valuable resource for other team members in the field, sharing expertise and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in industrial environments and a proven ability to excel in a team-based setting are required.
• Candidates should have a strong emphasis on safety practices and maintain a clean record without significant safety violations.
• Essential attributes include adaptability, resourcefulness, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and a solid work ethic, including the ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as the candidate should be a dedicated team player.
• Individuals who are detail-oriented, positive, safety-conscious, familiar with OSHA regulations, and proficient in accurate documentation are encouraged to apply.
