Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our safety-conscious team in Marlborough, MA. This role offers a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus commission, with comprehensive benefits after 30 days of full-time employment.

Responsibilities include identifying prospects, working with route drivers to convert opportunities, and driving revenue growth while managing contracts and customer relationships. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the environmental service or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop a book of business.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and connect with customers who could be interested in Safety-Kleen products and services.
• Work with route drivers to convert new sales opportunities.
• Promote revenue and margin growth by selling products and services to clients in specific lines of business.
• Grow the current customer base with new lines of business and deliver effective contract and relationship management.
• Monitor progress in sales, goals and P&L objectives.
