Republic Services is seeking an ES Field Project Manager to lead and oversee field service projects at client sites. You will exercise strong judgment to ensure contractual requirements, safety, and project scope are met, while coordinating resources and communicating daily progress to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes health and safety, regulatory compliance, and profitability, with responsibilities ranging from proposal review to invoicing, change orders, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; some roles may require Geology, Environmental Science or related field.
• Knowledge of EPA/RCRA regulations and complex environmental waste industry rules.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of field service projects, including safety planning and regulatory compliance.
• Review contracts and negotiated changes prior to execution and ensure performance against scope.
• Develop and monitor safety plans, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve profitability.
• Prepare invoices, monitor payments, and report project performance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to support new business opportunities.
