Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Environmental Services Project Manager to oversee diverse field projects, ensure contractual scope compliance, and maintain health and safety standards. You will act as the liaison to clients, validate training of subcontractors, and elevate issues to keep projects profitable.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, and experience with waste processes, with daily collaboration across operations, safety, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of complex regulations specific to environmental waste industry.
• Familiarity with health and safety practices in field projects.
• Ability to manage resources, analyze data, and solve problems under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Performs onsite customer service work including regulatory inspections and waste profiling.
• Develops and implements programs emphasizing reuse, reduction and recycling options.
• Provides data and reporting to customers per contract specifications and supports sales with compliant solutions.
