Job summary

SolveNow Inc. is seeking a Siting & Routing Project Manager in Environmental Services to lead and mentor teams, manage routing studies, and coordinate NEPA-related documentation for multiple markets. The role involves working with public officials and clients to secure necessary permits and approvals.

The candidate will develop environmental analyses, conduct regulatory interactions, and help grow client relationships while balancing workloads across projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years related professional experience in leading and managing technical teams, project management, business development, and balancing direct/indirect utilization rates.
• Experience with routing or siting studies, environmental permitting, NEPA documents, CPCN documentation, or Energy Facility Siting and licensing (preferred).
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to diverse audiences including public officials, agency representatives, property owners, businesses, clients, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Project management, team leadership, and mentoring of junior staff.
• Prepare routing studies and evaluations for regulatory requirements.
• Prepare environmental studies/evaluations, NEPA documentation for diverse markets.
• Lead pre-application meetings with jurisdictions and liaise with officials.
• Produce technical reports and regulatory permitting documents.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships.
• Travel as needed (up to 20%).
