Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Site Engineer to provide technical and project management support for assigned facilities. You will ensure environmental and regulatory compliance, coordinate with consultants, and oversee construction activities from scope through certification.

The role covers RFP development, contractor selection, budget and schedule management, and ongoing compliance reporting with a focus on continuous environmental improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental/Geotechnical Engineering required.
• Experience with environmental permitting and site compliance.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Trimble GPS preferred.
• Experience in project management and construction oversight preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the site, including permits and environmental aspects.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and manage environmental submittals.
• Prepare RFPs, evaluate bids, and manage technical contracts.
• Develop a five-year site schedule for expansion/closure and major activities.
• Review compliance trackers and drive on-time, complete actions.
• Travel between offices as required to review environmental and engineering issues.
