Rumpke Waste & Recycling seeks a Site Engineer to provide technical and project management support for assigned facilities. You will ensure environmental compliance, coordinate consultants, manage permits, and oversee construction activities from RFP to certification.

Responsibilities include maintaining site knowledge, permit tracking across groundwater, surface water, solid waste, and air, and regular liaison with regulators.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical Engineering.
• Experience with solid waste preferred.
• AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble GPS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental permits and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain site knowledge including permits and environmental aspects.
• Coordinate and manage technical consultants and contracts.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and five-year site plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and track environmental submittals.
• Engage with regulators and maintain reports and inspections.
