Monarch Landing is a premier senior living community in Naperville, IL, seeking an Environmental Services Technician (Janitorial/Floor Care) to join a hospitality-minded team. This full-time position runs Sunday through Thursday and focuses on keeping the community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, guests, and staff.

The role performs daily cleaning, floor care, and waste tasks, maintaining high standards of sanitation and organization while collaborating with teammates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to six months janitorial, environmental services, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Dependable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Hospitality-focused approach and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the community.
• Complete floor care and other assigned housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with community-wide trash and recycling collection.

Monarch Landing is an award-winning senior living community located in north Naperville. You’ll be part of a team that values its employees and is committed to creating an exceptional experience for our residents.

We’re looking for a hospitality-minded Environmental Services Technician to help keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, guests, and employees.

What You’ll Do

As An Environmental Services Technician, You Will

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the community.
