Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is seeking a Floor Care Technician for a full-time role at $19/hour. Join a team dedicated to a clean, welcoming environment for our residents.

You’ll maintain sanitary spaces, perform floor care in apartments, public areas, offices and common areas, support special cleaning projects, and help uphold the high cleanliness standards our residents expect. Sunday through Thursday work schedule and a hospitality-focused attitude are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous floor-care experience preferred, especially in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.
