Job summary

Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is seeking a Floor Care Technician to maintain clean, sanitary, and welcoming spaces for residents. You will perform floor care in apartments and public areas, ensuring high cleanliness standards throughout the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous floor-care experience preferred, especially in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday.
