Job summary

Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is seeking a hospitality-minded Environmental Services Technician to keep our senior living community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, guests, and employees.

This full-time role, Sunday through Thursday, involves daily cleaning, floor care, trash/recycling, and teamwork to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to six months of janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.
• A dependable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• A hospitality-focused approach and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the community.
• Complete floor care and other assigned housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with community-wide trash and recycling collection.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Help ensure common areas and resident spaces are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
