Monarch Landing, located in Naperville, IL, is hiring an Environmental Services Technician for a full-time role Sunday through Thursday. You will perform daily cleaning, floor care, and maintain sanitary, welcoming spaces for residents, families and staff.

We value a hospitality-focused approach and teamwork, with opportunities for medical and other benefits. Pay is $19 per hour, and a supportive work environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

Monarch Landing is an award-winning senior living community located in north Naperville. You’ll be part of a team that values its employees and is committed to creating an exceptional experience for our residents.

We’re looking for a hospitality-minded Environmental Services Technicianto help keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, guests, and employees.

What You’ll Do

As an Environmental Services Technician, you will:

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the community.


• Complete floor care and other assigned housekeeping tasks.


• Assist with community-wide trash and recycling collection.


• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.


• Help ensure common areas and resident spaces are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Work as part of a team to provide excellent service to our residents.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.


• Three to six months of janitorial, environmental services, or housekeeping experience preferred.


• A dependable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

A hospitality-focused approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
