Job description

The Environmental Service Technician maintains environmental and infection control standards within established policies and procedures of Westfields Hospital & Clinic. The position performs a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain surgical suites, patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other areas of the facility.

Work Schedule

32 hrs. weekly / 0.8 FTE

6AM-2:30PM, 4 days per week; every 4th weekend

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior healthcare cleaning experience
• Certified Health Care Environmental Services Technician (CHEST)
• Basic infection control practices
