Job summary

The City of High Point is seeking an Environmental Services Technology Coordinator to oversee the department's technology systems, software applications, training initiatives, and operational communications. This role acts as the administrator for Routeware and related platforms, ensuring accurate account management, work orders, reporting, and effective communication between office and field staff.

You will work with management, IT, Finance, and operations to drive efficiency through

Responsibilities

• Serve as the department administrator for Routeware and related Environmental Services software.
• Configure and maintain Routeware users, permissions, routes, assets, and system settings.
• Coordinate software upgrades, testing, and implementation.
• Evaluate new software and technology solutions that improve departmental efficiency.
• Coordinate technical support with Information Technology and software vendors.
• Assist with GIS integration, mobile devices, GPS systems, and vehicle technology.
• Partner with Code Enforcement to support the use of surveillance cameras for illegal dumping enforcement.
