Job summary

City of High Point is seeking an Environmental Services Technology Coordinator to oversee the department's technology systems, Routeware, and related platforms. The role includes training staff, managing work orders, and coordinating with IT and finance to improve efficiency through technology.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in a related field or a high school diploma with significant experience in Routeware, GIS, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in one of the listed fields and 2 years of experience administering software systems, training, or supporting operational technology.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of progressive tech administration and routing/work order experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as department administrator for Routeware and related software.
• Configure Routeware users, permissions, routes, assets and settings.
• Develop department technology training programs and SOPs.
• Create user manuals and training documentation.
• Verify customer accounts and service requests.
• Create and monitor work orders; track performance metrics.
• Produce daily reports and assist budget reporting.
