Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of process leadership, planning and management.
• 3 yrs in environmental or cleaning services field or hospital field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages process planning with objectives and resources.
• Monitors process tools like timelines and measurement systems.
• Educates and trains Transport/Environmental Services staff and management.
• Reports on process progress and recommends adjustments based on performance.
• Improves department process flows and maintains measurement records.
• Promotes service standards and customer service initiatives across the organization.
• Supervises and evaluates staff to meet department needs and safety goals.
