Job summary

The role involves developing and maintaining workflow improvements, mentoring staff, and driving customer service initiatives across the department. Evening shift and 40 hours per week are standard expectations within our high reliability framework.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and customer service skills.
• 3 yrs. in environmental or cleaning services field or hospital field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages process planning with objectives, resources and barriers aligned to OhioHealth goals.
• Monitors tools used in process management such as timelines and action plans.
• Educates and trains all levels including Transport and Environmental Service staff.
• Reports on process progress to managers/directors and suggests adjustments based on measurement.
