OhioHealth is seeking a process management leader for Environmental Services to oversee process design, training, and performance alignment with our organizational scorecard and safety goals.
The role involves developing and maintaining workflow improvements, mentoring staff, and driving customer service initiatives across the department. Evening shift and 40 hours per week are standard expectations within our high reliability framework.

This position provides process management leadership and training. He/She supports the department with development and maintaining of processes. He/She ensures effective communication of Leadership Model, scorecard and process management with team members or appropriate levels of staffing. This position understands and communicates customer service goals of organization and may provide process support for Transport and/or Environmental Services Department(s) with measurement techniques to ensure program alignment with the OhioHealth scorecard and values. He/She also may supervise all daily activities of the Transport and/or Environmental Services Departments.

High School or GED (Required)
Basic computer knowledge and customer service skills. Knowledge of process leadership, planning and management. 3 yrs. in environmental or cleaning services field or hospital field.
