Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a process management leader for Environmental Services to supervise daily activities, train staff, and ensure alignment with the organization’s scorecard and values. The role emphasizes safety, quality and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization framework.

The position focuses on developing process flows, measuring performance, and driving service excellence across shifts, including night work, with 40 scheduled hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3 yrs in environmental or cleaning services or hospital field.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of process leadership, planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages process planning, objectives and barriers aligned to OhioHealth goals.
• Monitors process management tools, timelines and measurements.
• Educates and trains Transport/Environmental Services staff and management as needed.
• Reports progress to managers and proposes adjustments based on performance data.
• Maintains and analyzes department process flows and measurement records.
• Promotes and sustains customer service initiatives across departments.
• Supervises progress of staff and coordinates with departments to meet needs.
