You will oversee daily environmental services operations, coordinate vendor performance, and lead emergency responses, including severe weather events, to maintain safe, clean, and compliant facilities for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years in Environmental Services with supervisory experience.
• Experience in hospitals or similar facilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with work-order systems; Maintenance Connection preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day environmental services operations.
• Supervise Buildings & Grounds and Waste Management staff.
• Manage vendor contracts and performance.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention standards and contractual obligations.
• Lead emergency responses and on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve service concerns.
