Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and sanitary standards in areas of responsibilities.
• Develops short and long range plans for the accomplishment of goals; addresses contingencies and reports to supervisor.
• Establishes daily assignment schedules for all employees and monitors their work.
• Evaluates staff performance, provides counseling, and implements improvement plans.
• Plans staff development and ensures policies are followed.
• Prepares daily reports and observes service line functions to ensure quality.
