Position Overview

Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program offers a 16-week interactive learning experience covering:

• Job responsibilities across housekeeping, laundry, and equipment operation
• Leadership development and staff training
• Policy adherence, safety, and quality standards
• Recordkeeping and reporting
• Managerial responsibilities including staffing, budgeting, and communication
• Safety protocols and infection control
• Customer and resident interaction excellence

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, perform routine tasks
• Leadership skills post-training, with safety awareness
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and reporting
• Punctuality and reliability
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Ability to lift, push, and perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds
• Residency within the service area
