Job description

Hand & Stone (Anthem, AZ) seeks an energetic, reliable Assistant Services Manager with Hand & Stone experience to assist in managing daily operations, lead and mentor service providers (massage therapists, estheticians) and customer care teams (Sales Associates), and ensure exceptional quality. The role involves driving sales, customer service, and team leadership across all service lines.

Responsibilities: Assist the Spa Director, oversee all departments (Sales, Massage, Esthetics), achieve sales goals, train and coach service providers and sales staff, monitor inventory, ensure excellent service (including advanced treatments & customized plans), handle administrative tasks (inventory, sales reports), promote services, build client relationships, maintain a clean and welcoming spa environment, participate in training, assist with events, meet with management, communicate with service teams via email, conduct quarterly evaluations, and maintain a flexible schedule (30-35 hrs/wk, including 1 weekend day & evening shifts).

Qualifications: 1-2 years of Hand & Stone sales/customer service experience, service provider experience (massage/esthetics), strong sales record, knowledge of all services and products, excellent communication and organizational skills, self-motivated leadership, liability insurance (if applicable), ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexible schedule. Zenoti experience is preferred.

Compensation/Benefits: Competitive base salary plus commission, bonuses, sick pay, discounts, referral bonuses, contests, and growth opportunities. Salary range: $39,000 - $50,000 per year.
