Position Overview

The Manager-In-Training (MIT) program is a 16-week interactive training designed to develop your management skills in a healthcare environment. The program covers:

  • Hands-on training in housekeeping, laundry, and equipment use.
  • Leadership development, staff training, quality control, and policy adherence.
  • Record keeping, reporting, and budget management.
  • Effective communication, safety, punctuality, and customer resident interactions.
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, perform routine tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting.
  • Availability to work as scheduled, punctuality.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Ability to lift, push, and perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds.
  • Residency in the service area.
