Position Summary

The Manager-In-Training (MIT) program offers a 16-week interactive learning experience, combining hands-on and computer-based training. It covers various management aspects including:

  • Leadership development and staff training.
  • Policy adherence and quality control.
  • Record keeping and reporting.
  • Managerial responsibilities such as payroll, staffing, and budgeting.
  • Effective communication and safety protocols.
  • Focus on customer and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude with ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
  • Leadership skills post-training, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Compliance with vaccination policies.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Residency within the service area.
