Position Overview

Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program spans approximately 16 weeks, combining hands-on and computer-based training. It covers:

• Operational skills for housekeeping, laundry, and equipment use.
• Leadership development, including staff training and quality control.
• Policy adherence, record keeping, and safety standards.
• Managerial responsibilities such as payroll, staffing, inventory, and budgeting.
• Effective communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records.
• Availability to work as scheduled and punctuality.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Physical ability to lift/carry and work around cleaning products.
• Residence within the service area.
