Job summary

Kisco Senior Living is seeking an Environmental Services Director at Park Terrace to oversee maintenance, housekeeping, budgets, and safety standards on site. This role requires strong vendor management, CMMS proficiency, and experience with life safety systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in facilities, engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years’ related maintenance or facilities management experience.
• CMMS proficiency required; experience with Dude Solutions WorxHub preferred.
• Knowledge of asset management, preventative maintenance, and work order systems.
• Experience with apartment turns, renovations, and capital budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the physical condition of the community.
• Oversee landscape, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships.
• Implement Safety & Disaster Preparedness Plan and regulatory compliance.
• Procure equipment, supplies, and furnishings; maintain inventories.
• Prepare staffing schedules and manage staffing needs.
• Execute apartment turns, readiness, transfers, and move-outs.
