• Leadership and supervisory capabilities in a healthcare setting.
• Infection control awareness and compliance with regulations.
• Experience in environmental services within long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the TELS platform and associated task completion.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and laws.
• Plan, assign and direct work.
• Prepare work assignment sheets.
• Monitor and correct job performance of employees.
• Adequately supervise assigned staff and ensure coverage.
