TouchPoint Support Services is hiring for an Environmental Services Assistant Director at Crittenton Hospital in Rochester, MI. The role supports the Environmental Services Department leadership, budget adherence, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure compliant operations and high-quality facility conditions.

The position requires a B.S. degree (preferred), 3–5 years in EVS/Housekeeping in healthcare, and CHESP certification is highly desirable.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. Degree in related field preferred.
• Three to five years of EVS/Housekeeping experience in a retirement or adult home preferred.
• CHESP certification highly desirable.
• Excellent customer services skills and experiences.
• Experience with Federal & State healthcare surveys.
• Experience with P&L accountability desirable.
• Contract-managed service experience is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Maintains an environment that is sanitary, attractive and in orderly condition.
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises functions and activities of the department.
• Conducts regular management staff meetings and coordinates with other departments.
• Maintains department in an “inspection ready” state and compliant with regulations.
• Maintains excellent relations with Client and Client departments.
• Participates in Community Works and outside training programs as required.
• Promotes professional growth of the team and department employees.
• Implements changes to improve the environmental service program.
