Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory and administrative experience.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or environmental services.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• Basic computer literacy and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain environmental services operation manuals including safety, emergency preparedness, preventative maintenance, and contracts.
• Maintain budget and purchase departmental supplies for maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Ensure OSHA regulations compliance for non-industrial work environments.
• Conduct regular maintenance rounds of the building, grounds, and systems to evaluate operational needs.
• Coordinate inspections and maintenance of life safety systems; manage pest control and waste removal as needed.
• Supervise outside contractors for repairs and ensure timely completion of tasks.
